The top half of this outfit is very versatile! You could pair it with a denim skirt, skinny jeans, over a dress, leggings, riding boots, pumps....pretty much works any which way!

military/utility vest - Target - Pretty much any store has a version of this vest. Mine is a couple seasons old from Forever21.
flare jeans - Gap - Mine are old from the Gap. Linked are a very cute flares with nice pocket detailing.
leather booties - Lucky Brand - Linked are a fab choice is array of different colors. Mine are from Nordstrom, Halogen brand and are no longer available.
