Fitted knit dresses can be tricky in that they tend to accentuate the parts we would rather not...like our bums and tummies. A dark color can help hide lumps and bumps, and thicker material in a darker color is really a winning choice when selecting this type of dress. I really like this sweater dress for those reasons, and that a simple dress can be dressed up or down. A blue gingham shirt around the waist adds color and a spring feel, and as an added bonus it gives definition to the waist and covers the bum nicely!
