ripped flare jeans with cowboy boots. lularoe leggings outfit.

Just sitting by the pond enjoying the view! I love playing in the mud just as much as I do wearing high heels and going someplace fancy. Gosh, that sounds a little redneck, but it's true(I am). I so LOVE the pairing of polished pieces with tougher items. The ripped flare jeans and cowboy boots say tough girl all the way (in my opinion), but when paired with the cream cowl neck sweater and tweed blazer something magical happens to give a classic Americana feel. A midwestern's take on our cousin's across the pond(The Brits) oh so sophisticated hunt club attire. Or even better yet a take from Ralph Lauren who flawlessly turns out western influenced fashion in the most chic way. My favorite! I've also paired LuLaRoe leggings under my distressed jeans for warm and to add interest to my tonal look. Thanks so much for stopping by. Outfit details below. Audra

9 lularoe outfit ideas using lace joy, irma tee, & leggings

I have been familiar with LuLaRoe for the last several years, but it never felt like me or my style. Printed leggings are just not my thing, and I left it at that. When my friend Karen of @lularoewyatt contacted me about a possible collaboration those were the words I uttered..."loud printed leggings are not my style". Karen assured me that she had so many pieces to pick from that my style or anyone else's could be accommodated. Talk about a stereotype that was oh so wrong. LuLaRoe has so much more to offer than leggings, but let me tell you the leggings are amazing, too!

This post contains three pieces: lace joy, irma tee, and leggings. I've styled each piece in three different outfits to not only shatter my own stereotypes but yours too, and if you already know and love LuLaRoe hopefully you come away with some fresh styling ideas!!

lace joy

I was first draw to the this piece, the LACE JOY. It is a truly unique LuLaRoe piece, and can be styled so many ways from casual to dressy. I'm a jeans kind of girl, so pairing this more feminine piece with my staple skinny and flare jeans really upped the style points. Lace is a big trend of the moment, but to me this piece is classic and timeless...something I will be wearing for years to come. Can't go wrong with the Lace Joy!!! I am wearing a size medium.

irma tee

The IRMA TEE is so very versatile!! I tend to size up in tees for a more oversized look (to not highlight my mum tummy), but when I do that the neck opening is often way too big for my liking! This tee gives me the oversized look I love, but doesn't reveal my girls or lack there of!! It is a true tunic length that works so great with leggings. The rounded front is so flattering to your shape. I LOVE it over a denim pencil skirt for a ruffle or peplum like effect. This tee could work as dress for shorter gals or evening as a super cute swim cover up. I am wearing a size extra small.

leggings

I tend to be pretty picky with my leggings and go for thicker fabrics and stick with mainly black. When I pulled these leggings out of the package I was little skeptical of them starting with the size. They looked so tiny, but don't let that fool you! They have the perfect amount of give without stretching out by the end of the day. They are so soft, and most importantly not see through!! I like to do the "drop it like its hot" test in the mirror, you know, where you squat and see if your unmentionables are visible! These passed with flying colors! haha! AND so very important to mention...NO visible panty lines when wearing granny panties. (sorry, TMI) I usually wear thongs with my leggings because lines show with all my other pairs if I don't! I've styled the leggings in three  very different ways, first a dressier look with sweater dress and blush blazer, a rugged chic look worn under ripped flare jeans paired with a cowl neck sweater, tweed blazer, and cowboy boots, and last but not least...possibly my favorite with denim shirt dress worn as jacket and blush cardigan. I am wearing one size

Karen has lots and lots of uniques style to pick from. Karen and her husband have shared their LuLaRoe success with others and donate a portion of every purchase to charity.

short cowboy boots outfit with fringe boots, striped sweater, and camo hat

This is one of those everyday yet fabulous outfits I LOVE!! Cozy, and comfortable, and dang cute! Lighter wash jeans can be tricky, but really work well when paired with dark navy. When wearing a similar color palette try mixing textures and patterns to add interest. I wear this camo hat from Walmart several times a week.  It just works with so many different looks from chic to country chic, haha!! My boots are a recent purchase that I can't get enough of!!  Very comfortable for everyday, casual wear. Thanks so much for stopping by. Outfit details below. Audra

long bomber jacket outfit with striped turtleneck, fur vest and otk boots

I threw this on for a day date with my family that included stopping at Target and Habour Freight. We hadn't planned on taking pictures, but ended up having to stop at a tractor dealership to adjust some of the treasures my husband at picked up in the bed of our pickup.  Turned out to be the perfect place to snap few pics of this look. Sometimes the outfits you plan the least end up being the best! Know what I mean? Wearing a vest under cardigans, jean jackets, coats of all shapes and colors has been on major repeat for me!! Not only is it very functional by adding warmth, it also really adds interest and another dimension to any outfit. My over the knee boots are more like to over the mid knee almost over the knee boots. Haha. Tall girl problems. I'm still on the hunt for a pair the actually goes all the way over my knee and doesn't cost hundreds of dollars! Any suggestions? Outfit details and links below.

long sleeve maxi dress outfit with cowboy boots and concho belt

I first saw this long sleeve maxi on the gorgeous Jennifer Kipp's Instagram, and knew I had to have it!! I mean it has pockets!! I think the styling possibilities are pretty endless with this versatile piece, but I thought it would be fun to give a chic western feel by styling with a concho belt and cowboy boots. Fold the scarf into a big triangle, fold over the edges to make to form a faux collar, and belt around the waist...this styling trick is so simple, but adds so much to the overall look!

leggings outfit with plaid coat and black target sneakers

Hello gorgeous sky. The winter sunsets have just been perfect minus the 20 degree coldness! If you are new to fashioned for living you may not know I'm a stay at home mom who loves to be comfortable and stylish. Did you ever watch "What Not to Wear" with Stacey and Clinton? They would always give the person they were styling crap about wanting to just be comfortable!! This my friends is how you pull it off!! I have on the best fleece lined leggings, a athletic pop over with thumb hole sleeves, and sneakers. What could be more comfortable?!! NOW...the magic is to put on a chic coat (which is most of your outfit in the winter), scarf, beanie, and a cool bag. The result is one stylish and put together look!! No one needs to know you just woke up from a nap or have been cleaning all day!!
