This has been my go to outfit all spring! I love how you can add a jacket or blazer and tall boots for cooler weather OR shed the layers for a warm summer day. The skirt has a draw string waist which make it so versatile to wear at your natural waist or more down on your hips. Chambray and ruffles..yes, please!! So soft and comfortable works perfectly tucked in or out, and layers under a jacket or cardi like a dream!
