Every fall my husband's college fraternity brothers meet up at the wineries at Hermann, Missouri for a reunion. It's lots of fun and a good excuse to get away for the weekend. Hermann is a beautiful little historic town on the Missouri River, and there's wine! Lots of it!! I'm extra smiley in these outfit pictures because we had already made our first stop at Harmannhof Vineyards. Since I'm an old, married lady (haha) comfort comes first, so I usually go with cowboy boots that will carry me safely through all the different kinds of terrain we will encounter at the wineries. We either walk or ride the trollies so there is no going back to change out of uncomfortable shoes! Lightweight layers are a must for easy adding or taking away if you get too warm. I forgot to take a picture (wine) of the vest, jacket, and scarf I added later in the day. These items worked perfectly to keep me warm and were compact enough to throw in our food bag. I ordered that little red cross body bag right before our trip, and it was perfect for holding my phone, wallet and a couple other essentials. Topped of the whole look with my trusty hat!
