I had seen this coat online a month or so ago, and really liked it. Put in my cart, but never ordered it. I do this a lot. Online window shopping I guess...ANWAYS, I saw it on Instagram (can't remember on who) and then saw Forever 21 was having FREE shipping on orders over $30. The coat is $30.99!! So, I went for it!
I am so impressed with the quality of this coat. It is my third Forever21 coat, and by far it is the nicest. There is a good weight to it, and its super soft. The reviews are all over the place on sizing. I ordered a medium. I am happy with the way it fits. However, I tried to wear the coat this morning with a chunky cardigan and it was too tight (uncomfortable) in the shoulders and arms. With thinner or normal style sweaters and shirts the coat fits great. It is a boxier fit in the mid section, but that is the style. The two snap closers are not the securest, and came undone easily when my daughter was up and down. No big deal to me, just thought I would mention it.
For reference: I am 5'9" and generally a small/medium in tops and 28/29 in jeans.
